ELSA MORENO, L.M.T., N.M.T., C.S.T.

Elsa has worked in the holistic field for around 30 years. She became a graduate of the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 1992 and is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist as well as a member of the International Healthcare Practitioners Association. Elsa went to nursing school when she lived in England. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Elsa has received eight years of advanced training which have included Neuromuscular Therapy Craniosacral, Visceral Manipulation, and Somato Emotional Release therapies from the Upledger Institute. She also has training in Cranial Biodynamics (Breath of Life) from the Shea Institute. Her training has taken her to California, Hawaii, Florida, New Mexico, Canada, and Europe.

She has additional education in Quantum Physics and Quantum Mechanics from Professor Michael Wright. Elsa has also been certified in Basic and Advanced Psych-K training. Her training in body work and energy work has been a great asset being able to bring life-changing conditions into other's lives. Elsa went into this business to help individuals become more aware of their bodies and to determine the source of their physical and/or emotional pain. With the application of the therapies she has been trained in, this helps to assist the body in being able to heal itself along with the client's belief system which can also help in aiding the healing process.
